Nick’s tradition of quality and flavor began over 35 years ago, starting with an authentic Italian sausage recipe Nick Ferrante brought with him from Italy. Since then, we’ve dedicated ourselves to producing the highest quality sausage using only the finest raw ingredients, including fresh lean pork and carefully blended spices.

That dedication to quality and flavor hasn’t changed. But our logo has: the new logo now mirrors the contemporary artisan flavor of our delicious products — traditionally inspired, yet infinitely appealing to modern tastes and sensibilities.
